Delivery Policy

• Shipping Timeframe: Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered. Transit times can vary based on your location.
• Customs & Duties: Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be required to pay these upon delivery.
• Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress. Tracking may not update until the package reaches your country.
• Lost Packages: Please contact us within 10 days if your order does not arrive. We will investigate and resend the package if it is lost by the carrier.
• Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if any items are damaged. We will replace damaged goods at no extra cost.
• Returns: We accept returns on all unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate a return and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your eco-friendly purchase. Here are the details if you need to return or exchange an item:

• Returns Allowed Within: Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Return Shipping: To initiate a return, contact us to receive a prepaid shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off with your preferred carrier.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days.
• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
• Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange your item for something else, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We are happy to send a replacement item once the return is received.
• Quality Issues: For any product quality concerns or defects, please contact us right away. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
• Customized Products: Since our jute rugs and some other items are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized merchandise or custom print products.

Please note that all returned items must be unused and in their original condition with tags still attached. We want to ensure our products can be resold or donated if returned.
